Philemon 4-5: “4 I always thank my God when I mention you in my prayers, 5 because I hear of your love and faith toward the Lord Jesus and for all the saints.”

Take a moment to reflect on all of the people in your life, especially those that have loved you well because of their relationship with Christ. Think about the specific ways they pointed you towards Jesus and served as spiritual markers in your life. How often do you mention them in your prayers?  Do you thank God for putting them in your life?  Do you pray for them in the good times and the bad?  Set aside specific time today to intercede for those special people in your life.

Now, take it a step further.  Is God using you in such a way that other people are mentioning you in their prayers?  If not, how can you be more intentional about letting God use you to bless those around you?
